NGI Program will make reservations for and pay for all eligible who indicated they needed a hotel room for Monday May 12 and Tuesday May 13. Failure to attend the conference after having reserved a room will negate this term if the room remains unused by an NGI affiliated researcher. At that point the room expense will fall to the person failing to attend the conference for unexcused nonparticipation.
Credit card is required upon arrival at the hotel for incidental expenses.
