Please make your hotel reservation by April 23, 2007. The conference rate is only available until that date. Rooms and conference expenses of NGI affiliate researchers invited to this conference (except NOAA employees) are paid by NGI/MSU. Failure to attend the conference after having reserved a room will negate this term if the room remains unused by an NGI affiliated researcher. At that point the room expense will fall to the person failing to attend the conference for unexcused nonparticipation.

All attendees must reserve their own rooms at the Beau Rivage. Credit cards are required to reserve the room and attendees are responsible for incidential expenses.
